HOW LONG WILL SHIPMENT TAKE?
Orders are released within 1-2 working days from order confirmation. When the order is shipped you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail including courier used and tracking details. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCTS ARE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME?
We are sorry to know you are waiting long for your new shiny pairs of Altra to arrive. If your waiting has exceeded a week and you can’t retrieve satisfying information trough our tracking tool, contact our Costumer Service Team tough our form as they will investigate about your order whereabouts.
WHAT IF I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
If you order from a country outside the European Union, any customs duty for import shall be payable by the consignee. The client is advised to contact with customs authorities to verity duties and any restrictions on import.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR SOME PRODUCT IS MISSING?
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or lack of correspondence in the number of packages or its details, must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which should be returned to the carrier. Please be aware that any problems with reference to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of goods received must be notified within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the methods mentioned above.
