We increased the stack height from 33mm to 36mm but made the midsole foam 32% lighter. This performance-focused Altra EGO PRO™ midsole is also more pliable, delivering cushion and response, for a softer underfoot feel on race day.

This complete redesign of the new Vanish Carbon 2 combined with additional flex grooves in the outsole allowed for a 75% flexibility improvement over the original Vanish Carbon.
