Shipping Info
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout after adding items to your cart.
- Brexit notice: Any import or extra shipping fees caused by Brexit are covered by Altra.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days from confirmation.
- Delivery time: Usually 3–4 working days after handover to the courier (longer for remote areas).
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday, during office hours.
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Shipments are temporarily suspended to: Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
During sales or peak periods processing and delivery may take longer.
Delivery Tips
- Choose a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.
- For office/concierge deliveries, include the name of the recipient or reference person.
- If you're not home:
- The courier will leave a delivery notice or
- Attempt 2 more deliveries on the next working days.
- Use the tracking number (sent via email) to monitor your shipment anytime.

- Have your order number, billing surname, email or postal code ready.
Upon Delivery
Please check:
- The number of packages matches your order.
- The packaging is intact – not damaged, wet, or tampered with.

Damaged parcel or missing items?
- Contact our Customer Care and send photos of the damaged package.
- For missing items, Contact our Customer Care and let us know exactly which ones are affected.
Haven't received your package?
- First, check the tracking link for updates.
- If there's a delivery issue related to the address, contact the courier.
- If the courier needs help from us, reach out to support@altrarunningbrand.zendesk.com within 14 days of shipment.
