        Returns & Exchanges Policy



        We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are not completely happy or have simply changed your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please refer to the instructions below for returning an online purchase.



        The products must be new and unused, the tags still attached and the packaging need to be sent back intact and protected from damage while in transit.  Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the original payment method used.





        How to Make a Return

        1. Click the Return My Order link above and complete the form using your order number (e.g., 10000000335) and the email address used at the time of purchase. Ensure there are no blank spaces in your entry.

        2. Click Continue and follow the on-screen steps to request a size exchange or return.

          If you opted for the Easy Return service, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return request, along with your return list and return label. (Customers outside the EU will also receive a proforma invoice.)

        3. Print the return label and stick it on the package, making sure to cover or remove the old labels.
          Then, print the return list and place it inside the package.

        4. Arrange a home collection or drop off by contacting UPS, visiting the carrier's website, or dropping off your parcel at the nearest UPS Service Point.

        For customers outside the EU: Please print the proformainvoice and insert it outside the package.



        Size Exchange

        If you are requesting a size change, you will also receive an email confirmation for your new order.

        Your exchange item(s) will be shipped only after the returned item(s) have arrived at our warehouse.


        Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.



        Refunds

        Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive your returned items once the Quality Assurance team has inspected and approved it. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used.



        Damaged or Incorrect Items

        If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please indicate this in the Reason for Return field when submitting your request (e.g., The item is defective or The item received is different from the one ordered).

        Once your return request is submitted, our Customer Care team will contact you to assist with the issue.



        Return Charges

        Returns for size exchanges are free of charge.
        For all other returns, a surcharge will apply. The exact amount will be displayed once you have completed the required fields

        You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. Just make sure they are new and unused and in their original packaging. You can choose to exchange them for a different size or get a refund.
        The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt.

        Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected for quality, which may take a few business days. We will notify you upon receipt of the items. If the return meets our requirements, a refund will be issued within 14 days of the confirmation email. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
        Yes, we currently offer exchanges for different sizes. Please follow the change size steps when you place your return.

        We do not currently offer model/colour exchanges through our website. If you'd like to purchase a different model or colour of Altra shoes, please place a new order.
        Returns for size exchanges are free of charge.

        For all other returns, a surcharge will apply:

        Returns from Italy: Eur 5,00

        Returns from UK: GBP 3,00

        Returns from Switzerland: CHF 15,00

        Returns from Sweden: SEK 119,00

        Returns from Germany: Eur 5,00

        Returns from Norway: NOK 173,00

        Returns from the rest of Europe: Eur 10,00
        WARRANTY
        Altra products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects for two years. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or credit the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

        The following are NOT covered by the Altra guarantee:

        • Fraying due to abuse
        • Deterioration as a result of water abuse
        • Deterioration due to more than 400 km made
        • Sole wearing out or worn through
        • Color fade
        • Cuts, scratches, burns, etc.
        • Damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products
        • Fit, Blisters, Comfort
        If you purchased your product from an Altra retail partner, in-store or online, please get in touch with them. Our warranty policy states that items have to be returned through the original point of sale.
