Shipping Info

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout after adding items to your cart.
  • Brexit notice: Any import or extra shipping fees caused by Brexit are covered by Altra.
  • Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days from confirmation.
  • Delivery time: Usually 3–4 working days after handover to the courier (longer for remote areas).
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday, during office hours.
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Shipments are temporarily suspended to: Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.


During sales or peak periods processing and delivery may take longer.

Delivery Tips

  • Choose a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel.
  • For office/concierge deliveries, include the name of the recipient or reference person.
  • If you're not home:
    • The courier will leave a delivery notice or
    • Attempt 2 more deliveries on the next working days.
  • Use the tracking number (sent via email) to monitor your shipment anytime.

  • Have your order number, billing surname, email or postal code ready.

Haven't received your package?

  • First, check the tracking link for updates.
  • If there's a delivery issue related to the address, contact the courier.
  • If the courier needs help from us, reach out to support@altrarunningbrand.zendesk.com within 14 days of shipment.
